How to beat 3n-3n-1-3?

Hello guys...
I've got a game against a team that uses this formation..

His average quality is 34.7.. My average is 29.8
Please help mee !
What formation should i use? And what orders should i give?

You should have 80% BP because his formations lacks wingers

But in his last game he won 4-0 with the 3n-3n-1-3 formation against a 4-2-2-2 hexagon.. He had 47% ball possession

It is a bug and there are no illegal formations in the game.
I would suggest you to go 4-1-4-1 with passing focus down both flanks.And also play defensive,
