By chance I was playing 4-4-1-1 for the past few days, mainly was to counter 4-4-2 (and then for the remaining matches I wanted to see what else this formation can do).

In short, these formations below has lost against my 4-4-1-1:
4-5-1V...........3:1
4-3N-3...........3:0
4-4-2...........2:0, 4:1
4-1-2-1-2 ND...........4:0
3N-3N-2W-2...........3:1

I read somewhere to try 3N-1-4-1-1 though...
