Need to beat 4-5-1 flat

Our teams are fairly close 21.9 for me and 18.6 for them. I lost at home 1-0. I played 3-5-2 vs their 4-5-1 flat. Possession was 50-50.

I'm in first and it's a tight race. I'd like to stay in first. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks. I have my orders at: Normal, through middle, own half, normal tackling, short passes, zonal, and force counter. Plus red arrows on strikers.

Short passes not effective against strong middle formations, I suggest long passes and long passes work well with force counter. Good Luck
