Help! Beat 4-3w-1-2

I need some help to beat 4-3w-1-2 formation:

My team's average is a little better than his..
What formations and orders should i use?
Please help me

I'd go 3-1-4-2.

Orders: attacking mentality, down both flanks, own half, mixed passing, and zonal marking. No force counter attack/offside trap. And put red arrows on your flanks. Good luck :)

Another option is narrow diamond

4-4-2,4-1-2-1-2 as fadhul said...And if your team is better,you might won the game...

I used 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond and lost 1-0..
But it was just the 1st leg

what orders did you use?

I've got 4-3w1-2 tomorrow, this is what I'm going for, what do u think?

Have red arrows on the centre of the MC and DMC, and blue arrows on the other 2 MC, to join attack. Opponent is slightly better, and playing away so playing defensive, counter attacking football with mixed passing, may change it to through the middle
