My first World Cup Final: How to beat this formation? (Game starts in 2 hours)

Hello everybody,
I'm gonna play my first World Cup final after 29 season on this game and I'd like to know if you have any idea on how to beat my opponent and his (weird) formation.
The game begins in 2 hours.

3-1-5-1, 3-1-4-2 or 352V

3-5-2 v style, passing down both flanks.
Also on a side note it is not the world cup, it is like a domestic cup. I guess you could call it the top eleven cup
