What orders for my tactic? Please help

Hello guys. Considering the quality of my players,this weird 3n-3w-2-2 formation came out. My mentality is normal,focus mixed passing, mixed passing styles, own half zonal pressing. I thought this tactic was pretty offensive so i didnt turn on counter attack. So both offside trap and counter attack are OFF. What do you think of it? Should I maybe go through middle instead of mixed? Or is it good right now? Should I maybe use counter attack? Are my arrows good?

Your formation is interesting. My philosophy is keep balance, so if I play with offensive formation like yours then I add blue arrows and avoid red and reverse; for defensive formations I use more red arrows and less blue. According to this strategy I would add blue arrows on amc's and mc's and remove red arrows from ml and mr. If opponent uses 4 wingers formation, then add blue arrows on ml and mr.
Your team has high quallity, offensive formation and good attacking skills so protecting defence a bit is always good. Balance is key :)
Btw. buy cheap 5* oldies (under 2M per player) to strenghten your reserves.
