Help, Custom 4-5-1 flat variation??

Hi guys,
I have an opponent next, and I have previously lost to him.
He uses a formation that I don't know if it won him the game, or if it was me countering it wrong.


He uses 451, flat. However he has an AML instead of a ML.


I tried to counter it with 451 V, as my team is a hell of alot stronger.


If I change my counter to 3N-5-2, red arrows on ML and MR. Will I probably beat him?
This is how I'm set up at the moment:


any help would be great as this win will take me 2nd, and I believe even 1st if the league leader loses or draws.

My team: Rated 21.6 His team 15.6

I don't know whether to treat his formation as 451 Flat, or if that AML effects the game - in the previous fixture against me, it got a 7 rating, and that was with a MR and DR!

if I only have a MR with a 352 surely it will be even more effective against me?
