Mmh, your roster is not ideal for that system. I would prefer to play defensive with 4-1-4-1.
But with the players you have I would try a 4-DMC-2MC-AMC-2ST, red arrows on DL and DR, passing through the center, normal mentality short passing through the center, no offside trap (because he has a strong AMC).
