3-5-3?!

Please help me with 3-5-3.
3 DC - 5 MC - 3 ST

What orders and arrows should I give for this tactics? I think it should be red arrows for ML and MR and long passes on flanks and aggressive style

Is this formation good in general?
I have strong ML, MR and MC, I don't know how to you use it

so he doesnt use a goalie? and that works fine? i would use 3-4-3 or 3N-2DML/R-2MC-3ST with long passing and you will normally fk him. in real football you would win in any case but idk why this is possible in top 11?! lol
