What is best orders and arrows for 4-4-2

Depends on who you meet.
but you could try this.

I always attack so attack or hard attack.
Passing, down both flanks. So red arrows on flanks, DL, DR, AMR, AML and ST
Tackling style, hard, if i meet a bad team i go normal.
passing mixed
marking zonal

If your defenders are very good and faster then the other teams ST you could try offside trap, if you are unsure don't use it.
