How to counter 3w-2-2w-3

Hi,

Tomorrow I have a league match against this guy:Attachment 33822
I lost the first match against him, we got about the same quality players, only I can play in more positions and I'm active leading the league and hes 6th losing easy matches but yet winning against me the first leg.

This was our first match, he changed his defense from narrow to wide. Attachment 33823

I hope you guys can give me advice, the last 3-4 seasons he kept beating me but didnt beat me in league overall, just face to face he keeps winning against me somehow:(
