how to deal with striker-less formation?

hi guys!
so in my League (lvl2 - noob yea i kno :D ), there's this guy using a weird formation, with no strikers, & he seems to be winning quite a few games with it, any formational/tactical help will be greatly appreciated!

This is the team:

3N-DMC-4-2 or motivated 4-4-2 (DR-DL-MR-MR with up arrows) and lond passing down both flanks could fit.
Can you post your roster to see the quality difference between both teams?
