What is the best formation against 3-2-3-1-1??

go for 3-1-4-2, or even more attacking with 3-1-2-2-2. down both flanks!
Attacking mentality if hes weaker then you, else normal. mixed passing.
If anyone has any other idea I will be glad to hear!

Well against 6 in the middle you need better from your side (but u said he is stronger), so CAs.
I would used 4-5-1 V-formation, DL/DR red arrow cuz they kinda useless against no wingers (atacking or normal). CAs, flank atacks, your pitch press, def mental... smtng like this.

He's very thin in the centre now, but you'll need players on the wings to defend against him too. 4-5-1 or 4-4-2.
