What orders and arrows you use for 4-4-1-1 tactic?

no counter attacks no offside trap

red arrows on your ml,mr,amc.
Blue arrow on one of your mc (the one with better defensive attributes)

From my point of view there is no need. Defenders will defend. Blue arrows will make your DC's act as sweepers.

Yes, that could work. The red arrows on your ML and MR will make them get forward, run to byline, attack & cross. Red arrow on your AM will make him make forward runs into box and being involved in attack. Blue arrow on one MC will make him stay back, track back and cover you and help you when being countered. If this fails you can always change the arrows.
