i need help to counter 3n-1-4-2
this season 4-5-1v doesn't work good

what formation/tactic is good now?

4-5-1 flat?
Atacking mentality if your better if not normal, down both flanks, own half pressing, mixed passes, normal tackling, and zonal marking. No offside no counters.
And make sure you add red arrows on your both set of wingers.
