Need advice on countering 4-2mc-3am-2st

Hello,
i'm facing this opponent who currently sits at the top of the leauge table and I'm in 2nd place trailing just 3 points. This match could be vital in the title race so i'm aksing for a bit of a advice from maybe some more experienced players then myself. I'm playing at Home!

This is my Team (Quality=29.0 and Q of my best eleven is =31):


And his Team (Quality=26.3 and Q of his best eleven is =29.6) :


I usually play 4-4-2 classic with the orders, normal, both wings, pressure my half, normal tackling, short passes, zonal marking, no counter and no offside trap.

For this match i'm leaning towards using 4-5-1V style, orders: normal, both wings, pressure my half, normal/hard tackling, mixed passes, zonal marking, counter and no offside trap.
