how to beat 3N-3W-3N-1

I have a cup game against a opponent who plays a very offensive 3N-3W-3N-1.
He plays it like that:

DC DC DC - LM MC RM - AML AMC AMR - ST


how can i beat that? He has slightly better Players than me and I have only 1 DMC.

I think, i would Close the centre and attack down the flanks. you can try 4-1-4-1 or 4-5-1 V.
