Need Help to counter a formation 4-1-2-2-1 diamond with a amr, his team its a bit superior by 2.5 points and my form it's better than his but we draw 2x2 in the first leg I had to change formation trough the game to draw as was loosing 2x0. Thanks guys

As his team is slightly superior, I'll try a defensive 4-1-4-1, attack on both or right wings. Depending on the weaker wing.

Keep an eye on possession. If he is not watching, and the game is still 0-0 , and possession is in your favour. Push for the attack if you want that goal, and untick 'force counter attack'.
Keep an eye on shots on goal. If his 'shots on goal' is too superior. Then somethings not working, then you must make a change.
