this is one of the toughest defensive formations.
Actually there is no counter for that.
Just play the formation in which your players performing better
4-4-2, 4-4-2 nd, 4-5-1V
but avoid to go attack, or at least try to have a DMC.

I would suggest some 3n52 formation with ML and MR on flanks (no AML or AMR).
Depends of your players: 3142, 352 flat or 3412. If quallity difference is low, then you could also use some 361 formation: 31411, 3151 or 3511.
