Just to make sure i'm reading the formation correctly, 3n refers to 3 DMC's? If so, i'd run a 3w-4-3, attacking, down the flanks, whole pitch, hard, short, man to man, no counter, offsides. Red arrows on DL/DR and ML/MR. Blue arrows on both MC's!
