would a 3w-2-1-3-2 work?

i was looking at the formation below and wondered what the forum thinks of it:

3 w- 2 dc - 1 mc - 3 w (attacking midfielders) - 1 striker


i like the balance of the formation. what do you think?

any experience with or against it?

I wish I can help you, but your formation can't be considered because there are 12 players on the field.
