How to beat 4-2(MC)-3w(AMC/R/L)-1

Hi members,

Im facing this formation in the CL today, opponent is using the following formation. Please assist as Ive never came across this formation and the table isnt much help -

red arrow on MC
defensive, through the middle, force counter, long balls, own half, zonal.
you will have 1 defender extra to his attack, 1 MC extra to his midfield, hit him on the counter through the mid as he has no DMC

3w you mean ML/R & MC?

yes brah!

had a similar opponent in cup, tried to pack his attack like this, beat him 1-7 first leg and 3-1 second leg. 0.2 quality higher than me so we were the same

The thing is, my best player is AML/R/C... lol would like to involve him.

What im going to do is use 4-5-1 V 1st half.. If nothing happens by then, I'll use your formation.

another option is play 3N (MC). through the mid which may be more effective, red arrow on centre MC and no arrows on the other 2MC(incase he has put red arrows on his dl/dr) now i think its a better option, your MC is gonna have a free run at his DCs, defence will be split
