4-3n-2w-1 with red arrows on DL/DR(Normal/ Through the flanks/ Own half/ Normal Tackling/ Mix passing/ No counter/ No offside.
Other solution is 3n-1-4-2 (Normal/ Through the flanks/ Own half/ Normal Tackling/Mix passing/ No counter/ No offside) with blue arrow on DMC. Good luck!

Used "4-3n-2w-1 with red arrows on DL/DR(Normal/ Through the flanks/ Own half/ Normal Tackling/ Mix passing/ No counter/ No offside." like you said and lost 1:2.

Lost from freekick? Cornerkick? Open attack? Can you post the form of your players after match? I've never lost 4-1-3n-2 when using 4-3n-2w-1. Maybe you have bad luck.

was thinking to go same tactic as opponent. BTW used 4-5-2v vs 4-1-3-2 in league before and won 2:0 but that guy losing every game in league and using same tactic when another guy (who I lost 1:2) using in all games 4-1-3-2 and win every game.

    Against 4-1-3n-2, I use either 3n-5-2 flat, 3n-1-4-2 or 3n-5-2 V-style.

Your 3 dc's negate his 2 ST's. You don't need DL/DR, since he doesn't have any offensive threat on the flanks. The combination of 3 DMC/MC creates resistance for his 3 MC's. The wingers allow you to bypass his DMC, rendering that player useless.

MC with 5 points, and the terrible is ST with 4 points, how can you find him If you have that bad ST, it's not amazing when you only score 1 goal. Find and buy better players, please.

I used Padrino's suggestion and started the match with 4-3n-2w-1. In just 2nd-3rd minute, i was 0-1 down. At half time i changed the formation to 3n-1-4-2 and managed to end the match with a draw.

It's a semi final of CL and i have to somehow manage to win against an opponent who is 3-4 points ahead of me. This is so confusing!
