Best formation with AML/AMR?

Hello guys,
Tell me formation and instructions with AML and AMR...no matter what will be i have players i need just to tell me formation with AML and amr - formation with wings :)

4-5-1v or 3-2-2-2-1 Butterfly (Defensiv or Normal/ Through the flanks/ Own half pressing/ Normal Tackling/ Mix passing/ Counter on/ No offside.

451V if you want a defensive team, 4222 Hexagon if you want an offensive team
