Weird formation tips (2-3-2-2-1)

Looking for help against a weird setup:

2 (DC)
3 (DML/DMC/DMR) - 2 players out of position (DL playing DML, MC playing DMC)
2 (MC)
2 (AML/AMR) - ST playing AMR
1 (ST)

I usually go for the 4-4-2 setup.

I have a much better player lineup, but just want to make sure I don't get out "formationed."

This tactic is similar to 4-5-1v but he changes DL/DR by DML/DMR. Other position are ok because MC can play at DMC and ST can play at AML/AMR( with yellow exclamation mark, not red ones). So, 4-3n-2w-1, 4-3n-3 work well, 3-2-2-2-1 Butterfly isn't bad choice.
