please help..how to counter 2(DC)-3(DML-DMC-DMR)-3(MC)-2(ST)

please help me how to counter this formation
and what orders should be use..thanks..

3n-4-1-2 Orders: Normal/Mix passing/ Own Half/ Normal Tackling/ Mix passing/ Zone Defense/ Counter on/ No offside.
3n DCs to mark 2 STs, 4 midfielders to challenge at center pitch, AMC for counter and 2 STs for more shots. Counter is needed because he plays a defensive tactic, so you force him to attack, then you make some counters( like the force counter tutorial said).
