Counter this with 3n-1-4-2 / Mix passing/ Own Half pressing/ Normal Tackling/ Mix passing/ Zone defense/ No counter/ No offside.

Your 3 DC mark lone ST, DMC to AMC, ML/MR against 2W players and attack through the flanks, 2 MC gain possession and make long shots, 2 ST for goals. His DMCs have nothing to do at midfielders. That's all. Good luck!
