How to beat narrow diamond? Need fast help :(

Hi managers,
I need ur advice how to beat narrow diamond with orders ofc. In the attachment i'll post pic of ma team and his team.
I had no success with 3-5-2V style ( mb i didnt have right orders but last match vs slightly worse team than mine i lost.)

Try 3n-1-4-2 / Normal(or Attacking)/ Through the flanks/ Normal Tackling/ Own Half/Zone/Mix passing/ No Counter/ No Offside.

This tactic give you more balance, not like 3-5-2v(too much attack and less defense). Don't use 4-5-1v because your DL/DR have nothing to do, that's waste at 2 positions.
