counter formation and orders against 3-5-2 flat?? i need your help guys

hello guys, I'm in level 4 now....I've always started my season well but this season has been hell for me......I keep facing formations that I find difficult to counter. I'm currently facing a team which is 2 STARS better than mine.
his team is 30 STARS and mine is 25.4 STARS. He's playing 3-5-2 flat formation. please I need help on which formation to use and orders to counter him. Guys please I need your help. thanks to anyone who is willing to help.
