442 advice about orders and arrows needed

Hi guys. I read about 442 how good is. But I need advice how to set up arrows and team orders.

I think it depends on your opponent's formation, but I'd mostly go with red arrows on DL/DR or ML/MR, normal mentality, mixed attacking or on both flanks (if your opponent is weak on flanks) pressing whole field, normal tackling, short passing, zonal marking. Or you can try to force counters and in that case use mixed passing.
