seems like something good fomation with "attacking mentality" can beat this . because i tried many times "defensive mentality" with COUNTER ATTACK . IT always get me lose/draw .
Then i tried NORMAL MENTALITY but it also get me a draw.

May b attacking mentality against 4-4-2c should do the work.

But from yesterday to today i have seen near about 40-50 matches of 4-4-2 of other manager from different level. Most horrifying fact is it won(80% cases) ,get drawn(15% cases when opposite team is stronger ) and get lost(5% cases which is depend on GOD).

those 5% cases against team using 4-3n-2w-1 and 3w-5-2flat.

tomorrow is my 2nd league cup match away . 1st leg i get drawn 3-3 at home against 4-4-2c where i used 4-1-2-1-2ND . i cant experiment on tomorrow match.

so what should i do guys?
