Maybe a 3n-1-3w-3 would work.
Out of curiosity, how's the recent form of your players been? What about player morale, condition and win bonus? I'm curious because I would have thought 3n-5-2 V-style would have countered this as well.
Morale was high condition too its strange he dont have flanks and middlefield and won thanks bro for help :)
