How to counter 2-3-2N-1-2

How to win against this formation help! im 3rd he's 1st and i need the 3points

Try 3n-1-4-2 or 3n-5-2v, attack through the flanks, no counter, no offside

what do you mean with 2(v) what does the V mean?

The "V" tactic is about 5 midfielders at V shape( DMC - MC - MC - AML - AMR). 3n-1-4-2 plays with ML and MR, 3n-5-2v plays with AML/AMR. Another positions are the same. :D
