I had this guy in my league last season and bet his team with other formations. Now he goes 3N-3W-2-1. Any ideas how to beat this? Thank you very much in advance.

I would try 3-5-2 V or 4-3n-2w-1, red arrows on AMR/AML.
4-3n-2w-1 worked. First Half I lead 1:0 but then I changed to 4-2-2-2 and my the scored via a freekick. 1:1 final result. But it was away. :)
