how to beat weird 3-2-1-2-2

I won away! Thankyou for your help. In The first half I used the 4-1-1-2-2 formation so DR, DC, DC, DL, DMC, AML, MC, AMR, ST , ST. First half played normal mentality, no counter attack and short passing mixed around the pitch. I went 1-0 down on 43 minutes in a tight first half. Unfortunately the manager didn't turn up but the chap who is #1 in the league (on goal difference only) did.

At half time i put my AMR, AMC's UP (left MC neutral), changed to attacking with Counter attack On and through the Flanks. On 50 minutes i equalised, then scored on 55, 85 minutes and won the match. Thanks again for the advice, below is the team
