Irregular 4-1-3w-2

Going to face this guy in the league later this afternoon...used to be an abandoned team but two days ago the manager came back and did some shopping spree...he is now at 36.2, slightly weaker than my 38.4...



From what I've read in the forum, this is a variation of the 4-1-3w-2, and I've read that 3n-1-4-2 is the counter for this with the orders being attacking, down both flanks, short passing, normal tackle, zonal marking, and red arrows on the MR/ML, but since this guy exchanges his DMC for a DML, might as well change the passing through the right flank, but I'm not that sure. Any advices?

I would go 3n-4-1-2 o 3-4-3
