it's like a 4-4-2 if someone puts a red arrow in his ML.
So, use 4 defenders. The rest, depending from what players do you have and what do you want (it's a league game ? qualify for Cup or CH.L. ? )

but you must have 2 good wingers ofc. If you don't, then 4-1-4-1 (same orders) or 4-1-2-1-2 (nd), from middle (little more risky)
or 5d-4-1 (park the bus).
If you accept one goal, don't turn it on attack immediately. Only after a 2-0 take a risk.
