Help! How to beat 3-1-3-3 (modified)

I need some help to beat 3-1-3-3 modified formation:

My team's average is a little better than his..
What formations and orders should i use?
Please help me

3DC, 1DMC,2MC (or 3MC), AML,AMR, 2ST
defensive, counters, flanks, mix pass, zonal, at least one blue arrow in a DC.
If he isn't watching the game and he 's still has that formation, through the right flank, with a red arrow on your AMR.
