Two tasks to beat (versus 4-3-1-2 and 4-4-2)

Hi to all members in here, I'm new in this forum and I want to get good reputation. :)

I will start with my team:

I have problems with injuries and my main player (Pereira) is playing on AMR position. The ST (Adilovic) is replacement for him and he is not good on that position. I'm 5th in the League and in 1/8 of the Cup. I want your help for counter-attacking this team. If I win I will get promoted directly (the Cup) and the indirectly (the League)

Now lets start with the teams;
1st team:

This is the team that I'm going to play against in the Cup. First game was 2-1 for him, Q=41.7, btw I have bad luck against 4-4-2 :P

2nd team:

This is the team that I'm going to play against in the League. As u already know I'm 5th and he is 2nd. This team is for NO COMMENT! Just look at it. 3 Scouts and 1 World Class, (I have only 1 Scout). Q=42.9 !
