What is the best Midfield attack/defend formation?

I'm on my 4th season and I've been doing pretty good with my formation being 3-1-4-2. I switch to more attacking by putting the two wingers at AMR and AML. The 2 strikers have defensive arrows and the two wingers have attacking arrows. Do you think this is a good formation. Do you think that this is a good formation to use? If not what formation should I use. That is my team.
