How can I defeat this formation:

4-5-1v, 4-3n-2w-1, 4-2-2-2 hexagon

I have used 4 - 4 - 2 against this formation.. but I was much stronger team in a League game with a +5% advantage (3 - 0)
also used 4 - 3N - 3 in a Friendly I was slightly stronger (3 - 1).
