For over 10seasons ive played a defensive 4-1-4-1 with counter attack and got great success till last season.
were i for the first time ever got outside top7 and this season is going equaly bad.
its like the tactics just stopped working. even if i got the beast team in the league.

So what should i change to? whats the fotm tactics nowadays?
My team is formed around the 4-1-4-1 tactics so i guess the 4-5-1Vstyle is pretty close but havent realy had any sucess with that tactic except the first 10seasons.

Please come with suggestion of tactics and arrows.
