Best orders for 3-5-2 formation

Hi everyone,

As I appreciate offensive tactics, and basing on my team, I decided to make a 3-5-2 formation looking like this:

The strongest part of my team is in the midfield (all players at 4 and 5 stars). My defence and goalkeeper are quite good (4 stars). My attack is the weakest part of my team (all 3 stars).

According to you, what are the best orders I can give to my team as it can be at its best?

Normal, own half pressing
Zonal, no counter, no offside
mr/ml red arrows

But 3-4-1-2 is weak on flanks, so I didn't recommend this formation against formation with aml/r wingers. Also if oppenent have amc go with blue arrow on one mc.
