How can I beat this team and I have to play with what formation Attachment 47505

I know for sure that you have attack it from the wings. Ask my buddy at Facebook.com/FUTopEleven, he is master in formation, he changes formation every single match.

4-3n-2w-1, attack through the flanks or 3-2-2-2-1 Butterfly, attack through the flanks(but you need some great MC). 4-1-4-1 with red arrows on ML/MR is another good choice.
