no matter what Formation you Chose, you should not Play defensive mentality! use normal. your Formation ist good enough. Normal, through the middle, own half, mixed or Long passes + force Counter. if you dont get any chances, you should Change your passes. Long => mixed or mixed => Long
by the way, you dont have to set any arrows.
