My next match is too much important for me. Can you give me some ideias to win this one?

you should try 4-2(dmc)-3-1 with deffensive style, presing own half,long balls,force counter, and marking man to man, or maybe a better formation will be the narow diamond, becuse the other team does not have a dmc

4-1-2-1-2ND normal, thru middle, mixed passes, own half, normal tackle, zonal, yes counter, no offside or 4-1-4-1 thru flanks

I am no pro at this but if i were you I would put 4-4-1-1...

Defensive
Passing: Mixed
Forced Counter
Attack from Right Flank
Tackling: Normal (they have a free kick specialist and one good one as well )
No Offside (AMC and AMR)

An advice get an AMR/MR in the squad

I have ML and MR, they are good too. Should I put them or keep the DML/DMR ? I'm afraid my DL/DR are weak.

NEWS: My ST Paul (the best ST) is injuried(yeah,training too much).
So I need a formation with one ST.

no matter what Formation you Chose, you should not Play defensive mentality! use normal. your Formation ist good enough. Normal, through the middle, own half, mixed or Long passes + force Counter. if you dont get any chances, you should Change your passes. Long => mixed or mixed => Long
by the way, you dont have to set any arrows.

u can Play with two amc, when ur ST is injured

I suggested 4-4-1-1 defensive as there is 1 AMC and 1 AMR... But its up to you. that is what i would play.

for mentaly you only have to look for your and your opponents Quality. normal is good in this case because Teams are equal. when he Plays 3-2dml/r-2-2amc-1, he has a balanced Formation with 7 Players which will defend and the Opponent has 6 Players for attack. zonal marking will Close "all" your spaces where is set no Player.
by the way, with 3 dc you can defend better.
but of course 4-4-1-1 will be effective too, there are 3 central Players in middlefield. when there are 2 MC and 1 AMC, the 2 MC will defend more then attack, because u have an AMC for attacking.

what i want to explain is, that the 4-4-1-1 Formation will defend with 8 Players against 6 Players from the Opponent. so you dont have to Play defensive.

I personally like the modified 3(dl-dc-dc)-1-4-2 or 3(dl-dc-dc)-5-2 V-style here. 3 defenders marking 2 strikers, with a DL marking his right flank, plus helping against the 2 ST. DMC and 2 MC's mark his AMC and MC's. Then the wingers get after his flanks, feeding passes into the strikers.

The Narrow Diamond as Jan Danek mentioned above, probably counters this as well. Additional body in the midfield and your AMC isn't marked, while his is. MC's negate each other.

But since you've only got 1 ST available, 4-5-1 V-style or 4-1-4-1. Defensive or Normal, doesn't really matter much in my opinion which mentality you use, as long as the rest of the orders are correct.
