4-1-2-1-2 Orders

Pretty new to top eleven and to be honest soccer in general. That being said I've taken to it very fast and have become border line obsessed with not only the game but soccer. So, my question is with me running 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond. What would be a solid general order list and arrows?

As it stand now My ST and AMC have red arrows and that's about it. if they don't have an AMC my DMC usually gets the Red arrows as well.

Go 4-1-2-1-2 N.Diamond with followingf orders

Team Mentality NORMAL
Passing MIXED
Tackling NORMAL
Pressing OWN HALF
Counterattack ON
Offside Trap OFF

1) Red arrows on AMC and 2 MCs
or
2) Red arrow on AMC and Blue Arrows on DMC and 2 DCs (with Attacking team mentality)

It works well for me..and I'm not sure about your progress..
