How to beat 3DC- 4(ML/MC/MC/MR)- 1AMC- 2ST

what formastion should i use against 3DC- 4(ML/MC/MC/MR)- 1AMC- 2ST

Opponent team is more stronger than me...his average quality 79.4 and mine 77.6. his is in level 13 and mine is 12.....its my cup home match...his all players are scouted player...please any suggegtion:rolleyes:

4-5-1 V-style (4 DC, 1 DMC , 2 MC, AML, AMR and ST) if you have wingers or 4-1(DMC)-2(MC)-3ST if you have 3 strikers.

common orders: mentality defensive, force counter attack, pressing in own half, no offside trap

specific orders for 4-5-1 V style: passing mixed or long, focus on the flanks
specific orders for 4-1-2-3: passing long, focus through the middle

i also have wingers and 4 strikers....but confused what formation would be the best for countering...and plz mention marking style
