Best formation & orders against the 4-1-2-1-2 formation?

I´ve a hard away game today . Im going to try 4-4-2 with attacking wingers & full backs down the flanks ?
any advice ?

4-4-2 can work but there are better formations to face 4-1-2-1-2 like 3n-1-4-2 or 3-5-2V with normal mentality, mixed passing thru flanks, counterattack

When we Talk about the narrow diamond, 4-5-1 v and 3-5-2 v will Do it easy.
4-5-1: normal, Flanks, own half, mixed, hard, zonal. You can force counter Attacks
Red arrows on dl and dr. Dmc can get Red or blue arrows. You have to try it. Nur Start without.
Another Option is only to Set Red arrows on aml, amr and Maybe on st. Try it.

3-5-2 only when you are the better Team.

4-1-3n-2 works for me whether its a strong or weak opponent. 4-5-1 v hasnt done it this season.

I won 1-2 with the 4-4-2 formation :) normal mentality & attacking down flanks with the 2 backs & 2 wingers
