ADDED THE OCTOBER 10 OF 2014
Well, I changed some things in the orders that as my viewpoint say, changed in my form to play since some seasons ago.
I added:
Very defensive mentality
+ passing to right/left side
+ added mixed passing with the long passing.
4-3-3 with flanks? im not sure in that...
And i am more interested in 2nd tactic, if someone can help me with that pls

Its pretty much the same formation as the 5-1-2-1-1 ND. Only difference being the DML/DMR instead of DL/DR. Although the DML/DMR will help more against wingers, this formation unfortunately should still heavily struggle with the narrow diamonds counters (3n-1-4-2; 3n-5-2 V), while being increasingly vulnerable to central passing formations, since the DML/DMR provide less defensive help against ST's than a DL/DR do. Unfortunately, it's not one of the more difficult tactics to beat.Quote:

I always play with 10 arows, 1 basic orders, and + a 2nd group of posible changes during the match if the orders by default don't give me the control.
I change attacking+mixed passing to hard defending+long passing and I play with the sub's and I change players of position in the same line sometimes.
Thin in the option to move the 4-3-3 and convet this in a 4-3-1-2 (ST/MC as AMC) or 4-1-2-1-2 (moving too a MC as DMC can be in mind.
Don't worry if no AMC/DMC because the benefit of the formation gives ou usually more than what you loose for the -1% -2% possession of the player in wrong position.
Thanks for explaining. About 2nd tactic, im using attacking mentality, shor passes, focus middle, pressing own half, hard tackling and counter attacks with zonal. Is it good orders for this tactic? And what about arrows? i need to be more agressive maybe?
with red arrows on wingers and dmc + attacking mentality... what do you think? this formation:

doesn't make much sense to play attacking when you have 7 out of 11 players on the defensive half of the field.
So normal or defending? Please tell me what could be better, playing from defensive style with counter attacks or normal style without counter and ball controll? i want realize this formation as well as it's possible.

play a couple of games and see the rating of the standard players when they make a 7 or above you can set an arrow and see the different's
if the rating isn"t dropping that player can handle the arrow
I can be wrong but this is my filosofie (most of the time ill get bad ratings when setting arrow)
